All I can recall is that it has been ages since I last enjoy the spirit of Chinese New Year festival. I still remember my late grandfather used to buy us firecrackers for us to make ourselves going frenzy about holiday celebration and fortunately at that time firecrackers and fireworks can easily be obtained from local bazaar but only on Chinese New Year season can you see people selling fireworks like “Hot-Pirated-DVD” in the local market.
Anyway, during the recently Chinese New Year festival, I recollect all those memories by strolling along our Old Baki Bazaar. A place where we use to shop in old times and where I grew up. I was hopping to see the old tradition of the Lion Dance to be performed as a house and shop blessing on that morning and I get lucky.
